Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

Shipping Policy
Shipping times range from 13-14 business days for print books. Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. Aliv Press is not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Returns and Refunds
We only provide refunds for paperback or hardback books that are damaged during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
Due to the nature of digital products, all e-book sales are final. E-books are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.
